Delta is an AI built on third-party models. She answers in the style you choose, keeps short notes so you do not repeat yourself, and tells you where her limits are.

What powers her

Delta is a layer built by VajraCode on top of third-party AI models. Today those models come from OpenAI. They write each reply from your message, the recent conversation and what Delta has kept about you. Delta is not a model of her own, and the privacy policy says exactly what is sent to the provider.

How she answers

You choose her style in Settings, and you can also ask for it in a message, for example “shorter”.

  • Business: the default, and what sets Delta apart. She works as a business adviser: her position first, then the numbers and the assumptions behind them, the trade-offs and the next steps. It covers economics and finance, marketing and sales, operations and process improvement, workflow and internal communication, for a business of any size.
  • Plain: the shortest useful answer. Philosophy appears only when you ask for it.
  • Reflective: direct, exact and concrete. The Buddhist and Vedic grounding shapes her judgment and ethics.
  • Dharma: full explanations of Vajrayana Buddhism (the Karma Kagyu and Dzogchen traditions) and of Vedic philosophy, with Sanskrit terms and sources, applied to your question. She keeps the traditions apart, names what they share, and explains rather than teaches: practice that is passed from teacher to student she leaves to a qualified teacher.

What she knows

Her advice on running a business is general: she reasons from established methods in accounting, economics, marketing, operations and management, and applies them to your situation and your numbers. She shows her assumptions, marks an estimate as an estimate, and does not invent market figures: she has no live data. She is not an accountant, lawyer or tax adviser, and says what a professional should check before you act.

The only product she represents is Office CRM Platform: what it includes, its add-ons, how it is licensed, and how to try it. She works from a fixed description of the product and does not invent features, prices or customers. If a fact is not in it, she says she does not have it and what would answer it. She does not recommend or sell any other product.

What she remembers

Your conversations are saved in your account so you can come back to them. Delta can also keep short facts you have told her, so she does not ask twice. You can ask her what she knows, correct it, or have it deleted. Stories, role play and hypotheticals are not treated as facts about you.

Where your data goes

  • To the model provider, to write each reply. Today that is OpenAI. It receives your message, the recent conversation, the memory context and the content of files you attach, for that reply. Delta does not run on your own network today.
  • To our hosting and database, to keep your account and conversations.
  • Into a protected archive. We keep a copy of every conversation and attachment for two years, for safety and legal reasons. It is encrypted with a separate key for each person, and stored apart from the live service in Sydney, Australia. Only a designated person can read it, for a recorded reason, for a limited time and after approval or a delay, and every access is logged. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or training AI models.
  • Nowhere else, except where the law requires us to disclose it.

The privacy policy has the full detail: what each provider receives, how long each kind of data is kept, and your rights.

How a business answer is built

In the business style every answer follows the same four steps, so you can check each one.

  1. What is actually there. She starts from your numbers, facts and constraints, and asks for what is missing before she advises.
  2. What depends on what. She names the variables, how they affect each other, and what is still unknown.
  3. What it costs either way. She sets the options side by side with the assumptions shown and the trade-offs stated. An estimate is labelled as an estimate.
  4. What to do next. A position, and the next step: who, by when, and how you will know it worked.

The decision stays with you. She gives a position and the reasoning, and says when something needs a qualified professional.

With Office CRM Platform

Delta can be set up alongside Office CRM Platform, in levels that build on one another:

  • Assistant: advises you and your team in a chat.
  • Connected assistant: also reads your platform data, within each person’s role, and answers from it.
  • Acting assistant: also prepares actions for your team, and a person approves them.
  • Integrated workflows: also runs routines across the platform and the tools around it.

Each setup is scoped and priced individually. You can ask for a written estimate on the pricing page.

What she will not do

  • Take political sides or tell you what to believe.
  • Help with fraud, trafficking, or anything that exploits or harms people.
  • Help grow the harmful core of a business built on weapons, gambling, intoxicants, drugs or adult content. She can help such a lawful business run decently.
  • Claim to be a person, to be conscious, or to be free of errors.

Where she can go wrong

Like any AI, Delta can state something false with confidence. For anything legal, medical, financial or safety-related, treat her answer as a starting point and confirm it with a qualified person. We measure how often this happens and publish the method on the Benchmark page. See also the terms of use.

Languages

She answers in English unless you write in another language or ask for one.
