The rules for using Delta, in plain language.
Last updated 18 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and VajraCodeCom (“we”, “us”), trading as VajraCode, 68 Mcilwraith St, South Townsville, QLD 4810, Australia, the operator of Delta at https://delta-ai.app. By creating an account or using Delta, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Delta.
1. Who can use Delta
You must be at least 16 years old and able to make a binding agreement. If you use Delta for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
2. What Delta is
Delta is an AI assistant. She generates replies with third-party AI models, so what she says can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, even when it sounds sure. You are responsible for checking anything you rely on.
Delta is not a lawyer, doctor, therapist, accountant or financial adviser, and nothing she says is professional advice. For legal, medical, financial or safety decisions, consult a qualified person. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
3. Your account
You sign in with an email link, with Google or with Discord. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under it. Give us accurate information.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the acceptable use rules. We may refuse, limit or stop a use that breaks them, and Delta may decline requests that would cause harm.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you write to Delta and of the answers you receive, as far as the law allows. You give us permission to process your content to run the service: to store it, to send it to our AI provider to produce replies, to keep the records described in section 6, and to show it back to you, and to keep an archive copy as the privacy policy describes, including after you delete a conversation or your account for the periods stated there. We do not sell your content. The privacy policy explains what happens to your data.
Do not send content you have no right to share, and do not send other people’s private data without a good reason.
6. Records and monitoring
To run and secure Delta we record that certain things happened on your account (for example signing in, creating or deleting a conversation, uploading a file, or reaching your daily limit). These records do not contain what you wrote or uploaded. We also keep a protected archive of conversations and files, with strictly controlled access, as the privacy policy describes. By using Delta you acknowledge this. The privacy policy says what is recorded, why and for how long.
7. Plans and limits
Free accounts have a daily message limit, which we may change. Paid plans are not open yet. When they open, their price, billing and cancellation terms will be shown before you pay and will be added to these terms. The refund policy explains how refunds work. Until then, no payment is taken.
8. Office CRM Platform and estimates
Delta can describe Office CRM Platform, a product of VajraCode. What she says is information, not an offer. A purchase is governed by the licence and terms on the product’s own pages at www.vajracode.com, and the product listing is the source of truth.
You can ask us for an estimate for a customised Delta on Office CRM Platform. These rules apply to it:
- The information you give must be accurate. If you say you own a licence, we may check it, and we may decline a request we cannot verify.
- An estimate we send is indicative. It is a range, not an offer, and it is valid only until the date it shows.
- When you accept an estimate on the site, you tell us you want to go ahead. It does not create a binding contract. The final price and scope are agreed with you in writing before any work starts, and nothing is charged before then.
- Amounts are in the currency shown and say whether they include or exclude tax. The Office CRM Platform licence is sold separately unless the estimate says otherwise.
- Anything the estimate lists as still to be estimated is not priced and is agreed with you separately.
9. Third-party services
Delta relies on services we do not control, such as AI models, hosting, email, and Google and Discord for sign-in. They have their own terms. We are not responsible for them, but we choose them with care, and the privacy policy lists who receives your data.
10. Our rights
Delta, her design, text and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use Delta as these terms allow, but you may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer her. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything for it.
11. Availability
We work to keep Delta available, but she is provided “as is” and “as available”. She may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn, and we do not promise she will always work or be error-free.
12. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and consumer rights in the European Union. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that results from relying on Delta’s answers, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss we could not reasonably foresee. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or to USD 100 if you paid nothing.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using Delta AI at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy, including what happens to the archive copy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others or the service at risk, and we will tell you why where we can. Sections that by their nature continue (for example sections 10 and 12 and the law that applies) continue after your use ends.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in Delta or by email before it applies, and say from which date. Using Delta after a change means you accept it. If you do not accept it, you can stop using Delta and ask us to delete your account.
15. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not take away the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. If you have a concern, please write to us first so we can try to resolve it. Questions about these terms: delta@officecrm.app, or by post to VajraCodeCom, 68 Mcilwraith St, South Townsville, QLD 4810, Australia.
